2006 Logie award winning sports based light entertainment program.
The producers asked for a “heartfelt ballad/anthem for rugby league” which changes into a fast paced rocking show opener - in the space of 20 seconds.
The short ballad was developed into a song: "You Were There" and released as a single. It was subsequently adopted by The NRL as the "fan’s anthem", and performed live before all of the 2006 NRL semi finals.
